  • Can I place an order on your website?

    We are currently not set up to sell items on our website, however, we would be happy to take an order over the phone if you need items shipped out to your location.

  • How much will it cost for shipping?
  • The shipping cost will depend on the weight and size of the items being shipped, as well as where the items are being shipped to. We offer shipping via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, whichever is the cheapest to your location.

  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The Swim Shop will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase or reciept of shipped items. Shipped Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition (i.e., has not been used in water), including all original tags and packaging. In store purchases need to have a reciept present to be issued a refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued upon Managers Approval.

  • I bought an item and it broke.
  • If you have an issue with an item that you purchased at the store, you can bring it back to with your reciept. If the item has a manufactures defect we will be happy to replace the item.

  • Can I request a catalog?

    We currently do not offer a printed catalog.

  • I can't figure out what size I am.

    We always suggest trying on the suit if possible first as each vendor and style may fit you differently. If you are unable to try-on the suit first, please refer to our sizing charts for detailed information about manufacturer sizing guidelines.

  • What is a "Grab Bag" suit?

    Our "grab bag" or "practice suits" are discontinued prints at discount pricing. Grab bags are eligible for size or style exchange.

  • Will I receive spam email from The Swim Shop?

    Absolutely not! The only emails you will receive from us are periodic offers, updates, and discounts.

  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?

    Yes. We currently accept POs from teams who we have worked with in the past. If you are a new team or organization who would like to start an account please contact a manager to set you up an account. For all other purchases, we accept credit card orders only.

  • When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take a maximum of 7-10 business days to post from the time we receive your item(s), but this is dependent upon your bank's policy. Check with your financial institution for accurate information regarding their holding times).

  • When will my credit card be charged?
  • Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

  • How Do I Care For My Swimsuit?

  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes we do offer Gift Cards. We can make these in any value you would like. Please contact us directly to activate a card for you today.

  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept for Instore Purchases?
    We accept Visa and Master Card, and Discover credit cards, we also accept cash and personal checks.

  • What's The Difference Between Lycra and Polyester?
    Lycra (Spandex) is softer and has greater stretch capability allowing for more flexibility. However due to the rubberized elastic material Lycra tends to breakdown earlier than Polyester because the chlorine attacks the rubberized elastic material in the fabric. Polyester materials like Durafast Polester or Endurance Polyester are soft and comfortable for swimwear but the material has less stretch than because it uses less rubberized elastic material iin the fabric allowing it to last longer than the average Lycra suit.
